Work together. Live together. Care together.

Kumusta, kababayan. At A Place Called Home, we've built our care around families — and that includes the couples who care for our residents. Bring your partner, bring your malasakit, and build a life with us.

Why couples thrive here

A home, not a facility. A team, not a shift.

We run small six-resident homes with two caregivers on every day shift — so a couple can work side by side, share a rhythm, and truly know the people you care for. Many of our caregivers have been with us for years. When you join APCH, you're not filling a slot. You're joining a family that plans to keep you.

  • Live-in housing provided — save on rent, send more home
  • Competitive pay, paid time off, and benefits
  • Consistent schedules with your partner — no constant rotation
  • Just six residents per home — time to care the right way
  • Green-card sponsorship available for the right couple
What we offer

Everything a couple needs to put down roots.

🏡

Housing Provided

Many of our roles include private live-in accommodations, so you and your partner have a comfortable place to call home from day one.

💵

Competitive Pay

Fair, dependable wages for both of you — plus paid time off, so the money you earn is money you can build a future on.

👫

Work Side by Side

Two caregivers on every day shift means you and your partner can be scheduled together, sharing the load and the joy.

🛂

Sponsorship Path

For the right long-term couple, we're open to supporting green-card sponsorship. Let's talk about your situation and goals.

🎓

Training & Growth

Ongoing training in dementia, Parkinson's, and end-of-life care. CNA is a plus, but we'll help you grow — we promote from within.

❤️

Respect & Malasakit

Our whole philosophy is "care that looks like love." We hire people who feel that in their bones — and we treat our team the same way.

Who we're looking for

Caring couples who treat residents like family.

You don't need a long résumé — you need a good heart and a strong work ethic. If the two of you love caring for elders and want a stable, respectful place to build your life in the U.S., we want to meet you.

  • A couple who wants to live and work together
  • Reliable, patient, and genuinely kind with seniors
  • Currently living in the U.S. — or ready to talk sponsorship
  • Looking for a long-term home, not just a job
  • Bilingual — Tagalog or Cebuano a wonderful plus (not required)
From our team

"I've worked for A Place Called Home for 13 years. My husband and I love David — he's supportive, doesn't micromanage, and makes sure we have what we need to care for our residents. One of our favorite things about him is that we feel trusted by him. We love working for A Place Called Home."

— Chery Linguete · Caregiver, 13 years

Common questions

What couples ask us first.

Do we really get to work together?

Yes. With two caregivers on our day shifts and small six-resident homes, we can schedule couples together whenever possible. Working side by side is one of the reasons couples love it here.

Is housing really included?

Many of our roles include private live-in accommodations. It's one of the biggest reasons couples are able to save and send more home. We'll walk you through the details for the specific home.

Can you sponsor us for a green card?

For the right couple committed to staying with us long-term, we're open to supporting sponsorship. It's a real process that takes time, so the best first step is an honest conversation about your situation and goals.

We're not CNAs yet — is that okay?

Absolutely. A caring heart and reliability matter most. We provide ongoing training in dementia, Parkinson's, and end-of-life care, and we help our team grow their skills and certifications.

Where are the homes?

All ten of our homes are in the Fresno–Clovis area of California. If you'd be relocating, tell us — many of our team members have made the move and we're happy to help you plan it.
